Ultimate Systems Limited will not be held responsible for
wrong address information provided by customer (missing
suite or Apartment numbers, wrong zip code, street number,
miss spellings, etc.), so please check your information
after input. We have no control over how UPS handles your
package. They may require a signature and do not always
leave it at your doorstep or backdoor, this is up to the
driver and not us.
C.O.D. - Select C.O.D. as payment type. A $8.00 COD
fee per box, will be added to your order total, not
reflected on your web invoice. We will email you the total
amount due the UPS Driver. Payment by money order or
cashiers check only, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited,
UPS Driver will not accept cash. Order will be shipped
immediately for stock items.
MONEY ORDER - Select MONEY ORDER as payment type and
mail your money order to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335
Santa Fe Drive, Kingman, AZ 86401, payable to Ultimate
Systems Limited. Be sure to write the order number on your
check. Order will be waiting, and will be shipped upon
receipt of payment, immediately for stock items.
PERSONAL CHECK - Select CHECK as payment type and
mail to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 Santa Fe Drive,
Kingman, AZ 86401, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited. Be
sure to write the order number on your check. Order will be
shipped upon receipt of payment and 10 working days.
CREDIT CARD - We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express) If you do not want to provide your card
number over the web. Then select PHONE ORDER on other
payment type, process order and call us, 800-777-6387 Monday
through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Have your credit card
number name and address of card holder (bill to address on
web invoice must be the address where you receive your
credit card statement every month), and order number ready
when you call. Order will be shipped upon verification of
funds, for stock items.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS - Some products are to large for UPS
and are ship by truck freight, like the #AGP3. Place your
order and select over 150 lbs. for shipping method. We will
email you or call you if you prefer with the total shipping
charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All International Orders are pre-paid by Money Order, Cashiers Check or PayPal in US Funds on our web site. Credit cards and wire transfer are no longer accepted. Place your order and on the address information page select #4 International for shipping method and hit continue. Then select either credit card or PayPal. For Money Order, Cashiers Check payment type, select Credit Card and at the bottom of the next page on Other Payment Type, select Money Order and hit continue to process the order. We will then email you with total invoice amount including shipping. Mail your Money Order or Cashier Check to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 Santa Fe Drive, Kingman, AZ 86401-4501, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited in United States Dollars. Be sure to write the order number on your check. Order will be waiting, and will be shipped upon receipt of payment, immediately for stock items. The customer pays all taxes and duties to your government.
