POLES AND NET SET UP
Drive two stakes into ground for each pole (Figure A & B), 3-5 lb. sledgehammer is recommended. Leave about 2" above ground and connect each dee ring on guy lines to stake, then drive stakes the rest of the way into the ground.
CAUTION: STAKES MUST BE DRIVEN ALL THE WAY DOWN INTO THE GROUND, WITH ONLY DEE RING SHOWING ABOVE GROUND.

Slide bottom tube inside middle tube, you will have to hold the snap button closed with fingers, until it locks into place at first hole setting on bottom middle tube. Tie the net to eye bolt at pole top if not already done. Extend pole to desired height, snap button will lock into position at each height setting. The pole provides three height settings men's, women's and junior. Now loop each guy line over top of pole (two per side), webbing will rest on eye bolt. (Figure A) Stand pole up and angle towards center court unless you have someone to hold it, and repeat 1 through 2 for other pole.

Now stand both poles up and apply tension to top net rope by pulling downwards with webbing loops on guy cables. For maximum net tension, use body weight, and common sense to pull webbing through cam buckle. Then adjust poles to a vertical position.

Connect spring snap on bottom tension strap to net bottom cable. (Figure A) Tie off the other side to bolt, and cinch bottom tension strap. Net height can be adjusted by moving cam-buckle to other hole settings on pole, ten settings are provided to allow for fine tuning of net height with either 36" and 39" deep nets.

The last thing to do is apply tension to net-webbing tension straps or rope tie cords from net tapes and dowel rods back to the pole. If your net has webbing straps, pull on each webbing strap, do not pull to hard, but just enough to stretch the mesh of the netting and vinyl out. Pulling to hard can cause undue wear on netting and vinyl, or break plastic tension buckle. With the right amount of tension applied to netting, the dowel rod tape will be even with top and bottom tapes. If you have a net with rope tie cords either two or four, you will need to tie them back around poles to stretch netting mesh out. Pulling to hard can cause the grommets to be ripped away from the vinyl.

For storage, remove bottom tube and telescope top tube all the way through the middle tube. The net and tie cords can be left on. Lay set on ground and fold in half, (put poles next to each other), then roll up. This should help prevent the webbing straps from getting tangled up. Store system in cool dry place do not expose to prolonged periods in the sun, or rain, store away from heat source. For set up at beach, keep sand out of telescoping pole. Try not to let poles fall onto sand during set up or take down. Poles could jam together, if pole is closed while sand is inside. After playing on sand do not close poles, take apart, roll up into net, and put in carrying case as separate tubes. Hose out with fresh water at home to remove all sand from inside and outside of tubes, let dry in vertical position before telescoping together.

COURT LAYOUT
An ideal spot would be a flat grassy or sandy area free of holes or foreign objects with no limbs or wires overhead. Lay out web lines on the ground to form a rectangle, attach center court, side release buckles on one side of boundary. Other side of center court is marked by a box stitch, use tape if you prefer a larger mark. Attach hooks on bungee cord to each of the four large corner loops of the rectangle. Drive stakes into the ground at a 45-degree angle to the corner loop, or in sand bury them down about a foot at each corner. Do not pull too hard on bungee cord, just enough to get a straight line. Bungee cord will then stretch and snap back into place. Webbing stretches depending on how hard it is pulled on, so the size of your court can very. For set up on dry sand, you may need our #1026 sand kit.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING STAKES FROM THE GROUND ALWAYS GRAB BUNGEE CORD UP CLOSE TO STAKE AND PULL STRAIGHT UP OR DIG OUT OF SAND. ALWAYS USE BUNGEE CORD ATTACHED TO STAKE, TO ANCHOR CORNERS. DO NOT ANCHOR THE CORNERS WITH JUST A STAKE ALONE. USE PLASTIC ROLL UP RACK FOR BOUNDARY STORAGE. THE SUN WILL DETERIORATE THE WEBBING, DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE UNLESS IN USE AND NEVER LEAVE OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT, IT CAN BE A POTENTIAL HAZARD. WEBBING LINES ON THE GROUND MAY BE TRIPPED OVER, ALWAYS KEEP SMALL CHILDREN AWAY FROM PLAYING AREA, AND INFORM ALL OTHERS OF POTENTIAL HAZARD.
