POLE 1000 A
POLES AND NET SET UP
Drive two stakes into ground Figure A (sledgehammer is recommended). Connect each snap on guylines to stakes. Beach set up requires that you bury sand anchor plates about 3' down in sand with rope leader protruding out of sand for snap to hook to.
CAUTION: STAKES MUST BE DRIVEN ALL THE WAY DOWN INTO THE GROUND, WITH ONLY ROPE LOOP SHOWING ABOVE GROUND.
Now with pole in closed position, attach two guylines per side, to top of pole. Connect top net cable to pole using snap on each side Figure B & C. Remove hitch pin and extend pole to desired height using grooves and dots on poles to line up the hole for pin. Double dots are 3-1/12" above 8’; single dot is 5-1/2" above. The two plastic base plates are placed under poles on sand or grass, this will keep pole from sinking into ground. The ratchet buckle needs one turn of webbing on it to lock. Then you can apply tension to the cam buckle side, by pulling downwards on cam buckles with hand loop using your body weight. After you have applied all you can to the top cable, Then adjust poles to a vertical posi-tion, but leave a slight angle towards stakes. The further out you place your anchors the more pull back you will get on the top cable. Next ratchet the guylines on the other side. This should pull the poles back into a vertical position. The ratchet can only hold so many raps of webbing, do not put more than it can hold on its drum. The ratchet guylines can input up to 500 lb. of torque,

POLE 1000 B
USE CAUTION & COMMON SENSE! When releasing tension use cam-buckle guylines, not ratchet guylines. From time to time apply WD-40 to ratchet and cam-buckles to extend life. Next step is to install bottom tension straps. Install cam-buckle strap on each side of bottom net cable and pull as hard as you can. Figure B. Note that cam buckle strap has a black hook that attaches to the backside of steel cam buckle.
Try not to drop pole or ratchet in sand. It's recommend, that the poles be pulled apart after each use on sand and hosed out with clean water and let dry. Also, do not carry the stakes in the system carrying case, to much weight, carry the guylines with the net bag. Any problems or questions call.

COURT LINES
Why adjustable? Because webbing stretches depending on how much tension is applied. An ideal spot would be a flat grass or beach area free of holes or foreign objects with no obstructions or wires overhead. Lay out web line on ground to form a rectangle. Attach together to form a rectangle by connecting plastic buckles together. Short lengths go together and long lengths go together to form a rectangle. You will need a tape measure or 60' non-stretchable rope to adjust boundary to exact size. For 8-meter setup pull web through each end of buckle, till you get the length you want. Once size is set you should not have to adjust again as long as you apply the same tension each time you set the boundary up. You can cut off excess and burn end of web with match, so that it does not fray or tape off web, if you are going to use both court sizes. For setup on sand attach plastic sand stake with s-hook to steel ring at each corner of web boundary, at each of the four corners. Bury stakes down into the sand at a 45-degree angle to the corner of the boundary. For grass, push down the steel stake all the way into the ground. Do not pull to hard on bungee cord, just enough to get a straight line. Use plastic roll up rack for boundary storage.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING PLASTIC STAKES OR STEEL STAKES FROM THE GROUND ALWAYS GRAB BUNGEE CORD UP CLOSE TO STAKE AND PULL STRAIGHT UP OR DIG OUT OF SAND. USE PLASTIC ROLL UP RACK FOR BOUNDARY STORAGE. THE SUN WILL DETERIORATE THE WEBBING, DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE UNLESS IN USE AND NEVER LEAVE OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT, IT CAN BE A POTENTIAL HAZARD. ROPE LINES ON THE GROUND MAY BE TRIPPED OVER, ALWAYS KEEP SMALL CHILDREN AWAY FROM PLAYING AREA, AND INFORM ALL OTHERS OF POTENTIAL HAZARD. ALWAYS USE BUNGEE CORD ATTACH TO STAKE, TO ANCHOR CORNERS. DO NOT ANCHOR THE CORNERS WITH JUST THE STAKE ALONE.
